Homepage
Bairro's homepage is designed for fast and easy navigation, offering quick access to product categories, sales, fast-choose offers, delivery address input, and cart management. This setup ensures that users can effortlessly find and select products for their grocery needs.
Few clicks to order & AI search
The app employs A/B-tested UX design, enabling users to complete an order in as few as six clicks in the best-case scenario. To address common issues with miss-clicks and incorrect searches, the website integrates Algolia's AI-powered search, ensuring users find the products they need efficiently.
Geolocation & Multi addresses
The website utilizes the Google geolocation API to accurately recognize and display users' locations on a map. Additionally, it supports adding an unlimited number of delivery addresses, allowing users to manage and select different locations for their grocery deliveries.
Cart
The cart feature is user-friendly, allowing for easy addition and removal of items. It encourages users to increase their cart size by offering free delivery for orders above a certain amount, promoting larger purchases. Additionally, the website includes the following features:
- Promo Codes: Users can apply promo codes for free delivery, $0.01 items, and percentage discounts.
- AI-Recommendation System: Based on the items in the cart, the website suggests relevant products to add.
- Free Delivery from Cart Size: This feature motivates users to add more items to their cart to qualify for free delivery.
Checkout & Payment provider
The checkout process is straightforward, with the integration of Adyen and Stripe as the payment providers. These choices support the product's scale and ensure secure, efficient transaction processing for all users. Additionally, users can choose a preferred delivery time, enhancing the convenience and flexibility of the service.
Orders & Live courier tracking
Once an order is placed, users can track their couriers in real-time with live tracking, showing the courier's position and ETA. The app also includes push notifications to keep users updated on their order status.
Real time chat integration
Real-time chat integration with Intercom SDK enables users to resolve any queries or issues instantly, enhancing the overall customer experience.
