Bairro is an innovative startup offering instant grocery delivery services in Lisbon, Portugal. The project began with a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and expanded to include comprehensive development services. Bairro successfully raised €4M for scaling infrastructure and has reached over 200,000 app downloads.

The project's primary goal was to create a user-friendly eCommerce app for instant grocery delivery, scaling the infrastructure to support its rapid growth. The team focused on front-end development, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. This included integrating advanced technologies and features to enhance functionality.

👉 Phone number auth - The simplest way of registration is SMS. We integrated the Twillio.
👉 Few clicks to order - in the best scenario user might complete order up to 6 clicks.
👉 Multi-language - app supports English, Portuguese, French.
👉 Stories - to improve UX and users involving we added the same to Instagram stories feature.
👉 Smart Search - users often do miss clicking and wrong searches. That's why we integrated - Algolia, the best smart search on the market.
👉 Recommendations - based on the user cart, the app suggests relevant products.
👉 Promo Codes - few types of promo codes: for free-delivery, to get 0.01$ goods, basic with % or $ discounts.
👉 Free delivery from cart size - to push users to add more goods for free delivery.

👉 Analytics - to be able to track User Flow and improve UX; Integrated MixPanel, GA4, Firebase, Pixel, AppsFlyer.
👉 Payment provider integration - was chosen Adyen, as most appropriate on the product scale.
👉 Live courier tracking - to engage users interactions with the app and improve UX, we provide the current position of the courier and predict the ETA.
👉 Real time chat integration - we have Integrated Intercom SDK to resolve all customer questions in real-time.
👉 Google geolocation API - to recognize customer location and map displays.
